All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information you give us and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if we discover additional work is needed once we begin the project. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your agreement.

Warranties

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once work has begun, you may be responsible for materials purchased and work completed up to that point.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your property for our team to complete the work. This includes access to electrical outlets, water sources if needed, and clear pathways to the work area. You are responsible for securing pets and removing valuable items from the work area.

Liability and Insurance

BPR Buena Park Roofing carries liability insurance to protect both our team and your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underground utilities not properly marked, or issues that arise from conditions we could not have reasonably anticipated.

Weather and Delays

For any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
